Terms and Conditions
Every new customer and order goes through an age and identity check via our payment system. We also do manual checks where we look at age and delivery address, this is done to comply with the current tobacco law and because tobacco products are for adults over 18 years of age. In case of suspicion of abuse or deviations from the terms, UAB Snusus reserves the right to cancel or change the customer’s order. UAB Snusus is not responsible for information including images on the sales platforms that come from third parties.
Enforcement and consumer protection
These General Terms and Conditions apply to purchase agreements between UAB Snusus and the consumer. In order for you as a customer to feel safe shopping with UAB Snusus, the regulations in the Consumer Purchase Act (SFS 1990:932), the Distance and Home Sales Act (SFS 2005:59) are applied. and the Personal Data Act (SFS 1998:204) on all purchases from UAB Snusus.
Personal data
When placing an order with UAB Snusus, you agree that we store and use your data in our operations to complete and provide the service you can expect from us.
All personal data processing takes place in accordance with the data protection regulation. Personal data controller is UAB Snusus (org. no. 304112042)
UAB Snusus’ customer register contains personal data such as name, social security number, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address and IP number. The purpose of UAB Snusus’ processing of collected personal data is to use it to:
1. Be able to complete purchases at UAB Snusus and its sales platforms.
2. Enable targeted marketing by e-mail, SMS and other channels based on your previous purchases or use of UAB Snusus’ channels.
Data when paying on UAB Snusus’ sales platforms will collect personal data about you in connection with payment. The payment provider that you have chosen to use when purchasing on the sales platform is therefore the personal data controller for such personal data according to the payment provider’s terms and conditions.
UAB Snusus will share with the payment companies the personal data required to complete and deliver an order.
When using our Chat and/or FAQ, the personal data you provide in the Chat and/or FAQ is stored in order to accommodate customers in a faster and better way. The information is also used in improvement work on UAB Snusus’ platforms. The information that is stored is e.g. phone number, first and last name, address, e-mail, IP number and text that you provide yourself in Chat and/or FAQ.
If you as a customer choose to e-mail UAB Snusus or any other e-mail address linked to UAB Snusus, your e-mail address and e-mail history will be saved. We do not sell data to third parties.
General information about personal data processing
All processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the data protection regulation. Responsible for the treatment is UAB Snusus.
We only save personal data for as long as it is necessary, after which it is deleted. Should data be incomplete, incorrect or irrelevant, you have the right to request that it be corrected or deleted. You also have the right to request damages if the processing of your personal data has not complied with the law.

User account
As a customer of UAB Snusus’ various sales platforms, it may be required to create a user account. If UAB Snusus suspects that the customer is abusing their user account, provided incorrect information, disclosed their login details or otherwise violates the terms, UAB Snusus has the right to suspend the customer. UAB Snusus also has the right to change login details however and at any time.
Service prices and Fees
Prices listed on UAB Snusus’ sales platforms include value added tax (VAT). No hidden fees. UAB Snusa’s minimum order value is EUR 20 per order. Shipping is arranged by the customer
Establishment of purchase agreements
UAB Snusus Services are ordered from one of our e-stores. A purchase agreement is established when your order has been confirmed by UAB Snusus via e-mail to the e-mail address you specified when ordering. By ordering, you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety, as well as agree that you have read the information about personal data and consented to the use of personal data and cookies.
When placing an order on one of UAB Snusus’ sales platforms, UAB Snusus will send a preliminary order confirmation back to the specified e-mail address. The preliminary order confirmation also goes to UAB Snusus’ manual control. After it has been approved by the control, UAB Snusus sends out a final order confirmation (which has been checked and approved) to the specified e-mail address. When this order confirmation is sent, an agreement between UAB Snusus and the customer has been concluded.
Payment
Payment is made by direct payment to Swedbank. By clicking “Complete purchase” you agree to UAB Snusus’ general terms and conditions.
Service information
UAB Snusus is a service provider, we provide grinding service of raw tobacco and packaging service
In the event of any inaccuracies in stock status or price, UAB Snusus reserves the right to cancel the purchase agreement. If the service has expired or is not available for other reasons, UAB Snusus is not obliged to provide the service but can suggest an alternative service . All image information should be viewed as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to reflect the exact appearance and condition of the item.
Offers and promotions
UAB Snusus often makes use of campaigns and offers on its trading platforms. On these occasions, the terms and conditions of the promotions and offers apply.
Delivery and shipping conditions
For Swedish customer living in sweden, UAB Snusus does not offer delivery or shipping options: the customer must arrange the transport from Lithuania himself.
All other customers not living in Sweden, UAB Snusus offer delivery or shipping options. The goods are provided by DPD
Right of withdrawal
You, as a consumer, always have a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts and Off-premises Contracts Act (2005:59). If during this time you want to return your item for an exchange or buyback, you should contact customer service. UAB Snusus has no possibility to reimburse the cost of return shipping afterwards. You as a customer obviously have the right to examine the product at home to ensure that the product meets your expectations. If you return an unused item with associated labels and packaging within 30 days, the full amount will be refunded, or the desired exchange will be carried out. If the quality of the product has been affected as a result of you as the customer having handled it more than is necessary to examine its properties or functions, a deduction will be made from the refund corresponding to the reduction in value of the product.
We comply with the law on distance contracts in accordance with the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Agency. According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to return ordered fault-free goods without giving any reason. Notification of this must be given as soon as possible, but no later than within fourteen (14) days of the item being received (does not apply to specially ordered items). There is always a guarantee on the products you buy (1 year). If you can demonstrate that there is a manufacturing defect in the product, you will always receive new parts, however, the warranty does not apply to wear and tear damage. You pay the return shipping yourself. For refund – enter your postal giro, bank giro, personal account or bank account number.
Complaint
If a product deviates from what follows from the agreement between you and UAB Snusus or otherwise does not correspond to the description of the product given by UAB Snusus, the product can be returned. Only original faults are covered by the right of complaint. The right to complain does not cover faults caused by normal wear and tear, for example. Complaints to UAB Snusus must be made within a reasonable time after the fault is discovered, but within 3 years at the latest. UAB Snusus reserves the right to remedy the error in the first place, redelivery of the product in the second place and repurchase in the last place.
In the event of a complaint, contact customer service. UAB Snusus has no possibility to reimburse the cost of return shipping afterwards.
Transport damage
UAB Snusus is not responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during delivery to you. Complaints are made to the transport company.
Return
We offer you as a consumer a fourteen (14) day right of return on your purchases. This means that any returns must come to UAB Snusa’s attention in writing within fourteen days of the item being delivered. If you have not returned to the company within this time (14 days) with reasons and information about the return, you lose the right to return the item.
When returning, you bear the risk for the product, therefore it is important that the product cannot be damaged during transport. In order for a full refund to be made, the item must be unused and sent back in undamaged original packaging, all labels must remain. It is important that outer packaging is used and that tape or other material is not stuck to the original packaging.
The right of return does not apply at all to goods that have been manufactured or changed in accordance with your special wishes. Returns cannot be sent against cash on delivery/cash on delivery. After the return has been received and approved, the refund will be made within fourteen (14) days from when UAB Snusus received the return. Refunds are only made by deposit to a bank account, not in cash. Costs for services linked to delivery such as express pack and cash on delivery fee are not refunded in the case of a return.
To enable a possible return, you need to be able to prove the purchase and UAB Snusus recommends that you save the order confirmation and payment reference as a receipt for your purchase.
UAB Snusus pays for one return per shipment. For information or help with returns that are not covered by the return label and free shipping, contact UAB Snusus customer service.
Return of campaign goods
In the case of purchases that qualify for a gift or extra discount, the value of the gift or extra discount is considered a general discount on the entire amount at the time of purchase. If any part of the purchase is exchanged and/or returned, returned goods are valued at the purchase price minus their relative share of the general discount. There is no recalculation of the original basis for the gift or discount in case of exchange.
Promotion or offer of such gift or extra discount is only available for new purchases via UAB Snusus online trading places and cannot be obtained retroactively. Gift or discount cannot be transferred to another purchase and cannot be credited when exchanged for another item.

Links that lead outside UAB Snusus trading platforms are not responsible for the content of UAB Snusus. Check that you are still on one of UAB Snusus’ platforms before entering into an agreement.
Force majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond UAB Snusus’s reasonable control, for example in the event of a change in legislation, authority measures, strike, blockade, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disaster or similar events, UAB Snusus’ obligation to fulfill the purchase agreement shall be postponed for as long the circumstance prevails. If such delay exceeds 2 months, both you and UAB Snusus have the right to cancel the agreement with immediate effect without any obligation to pay damages.
Terms changes
Terms may change. It is up to the customer to always be up to date with these. When buying on UAB Snusus’ trading platforms, you agree to the terms and conditions and that you understand what they mean. Changes are published on the trading platforms and at the bottom of the terms you can see when the terms were last changed.

Any disputes are resolved primarily in discussion with our customer service. We follow the General Complaints Board’s recommendations and otherwise refer to the European Commission’s online dispute resolution tool: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
